JUDE RICHVALE's BIO

Jude Richvale moved to Old Bonita with his wife Katleen Walters in 1998 from Kingston NY. Prior to that he lived in New Paltz NY, NYC, London , Illinois, California, Germany and Israel. Jude has has over 50 years of IT and GIS (Geographical Information Systems) experience and has served as a senior consultant at 4 major utlities: Southern California Edison, PGE (Pacific Gas and Electric), Dominion Energy and the NYC Department of Enviromental Protection (The NYC Water Utility Upstate Reservoirs). Jude graduated from SUNY (State University of NY) New Paltz in 1979 with a BA in Communications and a minor in Geology. He has worked in the software field since 1966 as a programmer, systems analyst, consultant and software architect at Virtual DBA and GIS DBA. Jude has served as editor of "Thruput", the Newsletter of ACPA (Association of Computer Programmers and Analysts). He also served as Communications Advisory Board (CAB) chairman for the city of Bonita in 2007 - 2009. Jude Richvale is also a senior member of the Bonita Tropical Fruit growers club since 1998 and promises to serve the City with honesty and transparency.
